A thank you and a pledge to the Epstein survivors using their stories to challenge and change the world.

Dear Friend:

Using our stories to challenge and change the world has never been more urgent than it is right now. No one understands this better than the survivors who have been abused by Jeffrey Epstein and his associates.

Watching these extraordinary women bear witness to their own pain, to the pain of their fellow trafficking survivors, and to the pain endured by their younger selves has been deeply moving to us at Center for Story & Witness

We recognize that their bravery has come at great personal cost. These survivors aren't speaking truth to power because it is healing (although we hope that one day it will be). They’re doing so because it is necessary in a world where far too many still refuse to confront the painful truths contained in the Epstein files.

The example of their courage has been a gift to every woman - and I am one of them - who has ever been blamed for the damage done to her. With all of my heart, I thank them for this.

But our gratitude must only be a starting point. What this beloved survivor community needs now is our urgent, collective action.

So please:

  • Sign the petition demanding US Department of Justice accountability in the Epstein Files.

  • Read the letter to survivors signed by Center for Story & Witness, and 70+ other national gender justice, human rights, and anti-trafficking organizations and individuals.

Thanks, in advance, for your support.
